Reawakening Conference

Schedule

The conference runs Friday morning – 4 pm Saturday. For your planning:

  • Friday 9:00am-5:00pm: Opening Eucharist, Plenary Session #1, Lunch, Workshop Slot #1. 

  • Friday 5:00pm-9:00pm: Banquet & Art Show, Evening Worship Service

  • Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm: Times of Worship, 2 Plenary Sessions, Lunch, 2 Workshop Slots.

Registration Options

Standard Registration: this covers the entire conference for Friday & Saturday. (This is the only option available to ADNE clergy.)

If you are unable to attend the whole conference due to work or family constraints, we have two alternate registration options for you!

Option 2: attend Friday evening (joining us for the banquet) and Saturday
Option 3: attend Saturday only


Meals

We will serve a variety of food to accommodate most dietary needs, but do reach out to our Conference Coordinator, kathryn.miller@adne.org if you have specific concerns. 

  • The Standard Registration includes Friday's dinner & Saturday's lunch. A break on Friday allows you to find lunch off-site, bring your own lunch, or purchase an optional bagged lunch for $15 as a conference add-on.

  • Option Two includes the banquet dinner on Friday and Saturday's lunch

  • Option Three includes Saturday lunch. 

Coffee, tea & snacks are provided throughout the weekend. 
 

Teen Track

Teens 12+ can register for a special track at Reawakening

  • Opportunity to provide vital and valuable service for the Reawakening Conference (in the areas of greeting, music, prayer, liturgy, setup, etc.)

  • Attend a blend of standard conference content and some alternate content specifically geared toward teens.

  • T-shirts included!

Cost for teens is just $20/day (note: initially the system says "free," but each day's cost will be added to the total registration as an add-on.)

Teens must have a parent in attendance in whose care they will officially remain for the weekend (it will be the parent’s responsibility to know where their teens are during mealtimes, sessions, before/after the conference, etc.)


Kid's Program (NEW!!)

Kids Pre-K to age 12 can register for an exciting and engaging program at Reawakening

  • Choice Stations: Reading and Rest, Builders Emporium, Art and Expression, Board Games and Puzzles, Bubbles and Chalk, Science & Discover, and Yard Games. 

  • Games in HCC's campus gym

  • Art, Music & Bible

  • Snacks

  • Interactive Family Devotions Workshop with parent(s). 

  • Movie Night with Popcorn (Friday night)

  • "Challenge Jamboree" (Saturday afternoon)

Cost: $20/day. (note: initially the system says "free," but each day's cost will be added to the total registration as an add-on.)

Standard conference meals are included; the program will break at mealtimes so families can eat together.

Nursery Spaces

We are unable to provide nursery care throughout the two-day conference, but our venue does have an unstaffed nursery room families can retreat to when littles need to move around and play. In addition, the sanctuary features an adjacent cry room with one-way mirror for nursing moms. 


Hotels

We have arranged a special rate at the Holiday Inn Express in Seabrook for $145/night. 

  • To apply the rate, you must book your room using THIS LINK.

  • This rate is good for Friday night and, optionally, Thursday night for anyone traveling the night before. (The rate does not extend to Saturday night.)

  • Most rooms have 2 queen beds, some are suites with an additional pull-out couch to sleep 6. (The rate is per room regardless of guest number)

  • You should book ASAP. The rate no longer applies after September 13.

Area hotels have limited availability, so make reservations ASAP.
